- We can set up your account to be charged automatically with
Visa or MasterCard or you may pay by any of the methods below.

fee is $6 per new account or for reinstatement if your service
is terminated for nonpayment. Setup fee includes friendly local
telephone technical support at 762-3232 (or you can visit our shop
on the Courthouse Square at 111 S. State Street), and easy-to-use
written instructions to configure your machine. |
| Snowbird
Special - We recognize our special customers who leave the area
for the winter months. We'll forward your e-mail to your winter
address or explain to you how to access your e-mail remotely or
hold your e-mail until you return. You pay for nine months of dial-up
usage (no dial-up usage either December - February or January
- March) rather than 12 months of service. |

Hours Limitations - Why do we set a limit? Because we know that
you'd rather get online anytime you want, rather than
just when the lines are available. Traffic jams on so-called "unlimited"
or "non-metered" services can keep you off line during
"prime time" due to people staying on a modem all day
or all night, tying up a line and an access modem. We don't like
busy signals and we know that you don't either. We encourage responsible
and courteous dial-up usage and we cater to people who appreciate
the difference. Over-hours are 50 cents per hour if you have an
Annual Account, or $1 per hour for Semiannual or Quarterly Accounts.

| Late
Fees & Reinstatement Fees - A $8.00 Late Fee is
applied the day after your Due Date. Unpaid accounts will be disabled
on the 10th of the month. If you account is disabled due to nonpayment
or late payment, there is a $10.00 Reinstatement Fee (plus past
due balance) that must be paid before we can reactivate your
account. |
All
accounts are due the 1st day of the month by 5:29 p.m.
